GHB are environmentally responsible builders, our practices include the use of renewable materials where possible.
We use only DNA tested forestry and plantation timbers, and offer alternative, sustainable products in order to reduce our business carbon foot print and your projects global carbon footprint. Our onsite waste products are sorted and recycled whenever possible to reduce land fill and preserve our environment for the future generations.

Our residential portfolio includes over 200 Homes with many Multi-Unit developments. The most recent being Aspen LV Retirement Village, a SEPP 5 Architect supervised estate, providing housing for the over 55’s or people with disabilities and many of the homes at Rainforest Ridge, a luxury housing estate with an emphasis on Architect designed resort style living.
At GHB we have worked on a diverse range of commercial properties over a 25 year period from the St John The Baptist church in Lennox Head, The Evans Head Pharmacy, Specialty Offices and multipurpose halls to public swimming pools and amenities.
